Booking- New color clients please use "New Color Client Intake Form" Audience- Due to safety and relaxation purposes, children are not permitted to be at appointments unless receiving service. Cancellations- While we understand last minute situations happen, it is required and appreciated that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before appointment date. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Late- We have a 15 minute grace period in place for late clients, failure to stay within the allotted grace time will result in a modified service or complete forfeiture of appointment. Resulting in 50% No Show Fee
